  1. JBX Distribution feedback

You can see the full distribution here: https://dune.xyz/twodam/JuiceboxDAO-JBX-Distribution-Program

    • Jango- Divided his allocation into three categories.

      1. Ppl he worked with regularly contract folks/ mechanisms/ governance
      2. Contributors in DAO who he sees opinions being distributed in meetings, participation, and org etc.
      3. Anyone who’s lent a hand/ helped piece together a thought or discussion from around an ecosystem. Less about the weight of membership, more about recognition.

He does hope to do this again in the future

    • Mieos- Tried to find people/ projects who have a strong desire to participate more in JB governance and people in Chinese community (with help of Twodam), and for the CV tshirt design contest. Would like more time if this is done again in the future as it was a little stressful trying to determine the best allocations and “get it right”. Would like to get more project owners more involved in Gov.

    • Zeugh- Divided into three groups

      1. General contributors who have been around JB that have been helping a lot but haven’t been getting all the JBX he felt they should.
      2. Chinese community mods and people who align with JB mission
      3. External people who aren’t involved in JB but are involved in community.
    • Peri- As of TH recording, has only. dis about half since they have over 4 cycles- wants to extent the time frame as long as he can incase someone comes on his radar who is contributing in the next few, he’ll have some to give. The other half has been used to identify ppl who clearly express wellbeing and growth of JB in their best interest and will likely be how he continues to distribute

    • Nicholas- Has not yet distributed but has a list of ~50 ppl in a similar fashion than the above, includes people he considers “the heart of the DAO” doing amazing work, ppl who are good vibes and bringing in good perspectives, and ecosystem friends (project runners, etc). PPl who are web3 ppl who would have good influence on the dao and would have vested interest in the positive future of JB, and ppl in cn comm.

      • Thinks it would be better to do distribution via the treasury so it can’t be misconstrued as income for tax purposes.
    • Exekias- Majority to protocol devs- these are the people he works most intimately with and some other people in various communities in the outskirts.

Loose thought- Airdrop people who received over a certain threshold JBX that has the explicit purpose of distribute that amount out.

    1. Chinese Community Update
    2. Discord Restructuring
      1. As the community has grown, it’s time to do reorganizing. See discord discussion thread here, feel free to join the thread, offer input. Would to add more channels in the Chinese community (builders, events channel, etc), merging smaller lesser used channels that relate to each other. Splitting working juicers into categories so it’s easier to know where to go between discord & notion. Rework intro category.
      2. there was conversation about focus groups splitting off into separate DAOs, getting an allocation from the treasury (similar to WAGMI & CANU) but this currently would be more complicated to make happen when you take into consideration governance, bookkeeping, and people contributing to multiple focus areas. Could potentially explore Slice or experiment with translations and/ or frontend splitting off (although not likely anytime soon) could also help with how each area brings in new contributors. No final decision or direction was established.
    3. Onboarding New Projects- in the past, there was a dedicated contributor who would reach out to new projects to do active onboarding. They’re no longer here- Do we feel like it’s worth going into project communities and help with support there is worth it or continue with support and onboarding in JB discord chats/ voice channels. Maybe formalize a time to do group onboarding for people to listen in. Simply setting up meetings with individuals as needed seems to be working as well.
    4. Frontend update
      1. Language selector on the website is moving along now have 5-6 languages available on the site
      2. Working on workflow between design and dev team
      3. Managing migration to new V2 contracts is next priority
    5. Have an audit scheduled for the 24th
    6. GM bot is live! gm & gn
    7. Shout out to WAGMI team- great new banny art
